I've decided to wait a bit longer after hearing from customer service, she offered me a full refund if i wanted , but after I went back and relooked at the products It renewed my excitement about them and I decided to wait and hopefully get them by the end of the year. The company has great customer service and I was angry because I believed I had lost all my money, but with the offer of a refund , I believe the company is an honest one and will give them another chance.

Hi so I pre ordered my magfast kit, almost $500 cdn in Apr 2019, and they were hoping to start shipping that summer, and now a year later and they still haven't started shipping anything yet. I'm now thinking that by the time they do have a product to send to people it's going to be so outdated that it's going to be useless with all the newer and better chargers being developed. I have an awesome magnetic charger tip that stays in the end of my phone and all I have to do is lay my phone on the counter and the cord is attracted to it and its so much easier than using a Qi pad , so I'm not even sure that the magfast is going to be as convenient as what I already have if I even get it.
User's recommendation: There's already stuff out there that's better.
Monetary Loss: $497.
