Magfast is the future of charging electronics. It will make charging devices a breeze and eliminate the need to have extra cables lying around the house.

I ordered all of the products and have received nothing- no products, no updates, no idea how big a scam I fell for with this Magfast organization. Super high pressure sales spiel and then off the cliff you go.

I first herd of you over on my Facebook, I looked at your presentation and was interested, you then emailed my and I saw your presentation, I then looked at where you came from and as a close neibourg , I live up stream the Hudson in Canada, in Montreal. MAGFAST - TAKES TIME MANUFACTURING A CHARGING SYSTEM

TRULY BELIEVE IN MAGFAST. YES, TAKEN IN ACCOUNT STARTING FROM NOTHING TO BUILD THE ULTIMATE CHARGING SYSTEM. YET REMEMBER TIME HAS REALLY CHANGED IN PAST 6 MONTHS OF NON STOP GOING TO BAM BRAKES APPLIED DUE TO COVID-19. EVERY SINGLE COMPANY HAD TO HALT PRODUCTION. RESULTING IN A SET BACK FOR MAGFAST. I LOOK AT THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MAGFAST CREATING A BETTER PRODUCT FOR US-THE CUSTOMER. USE ALL CAPS FOR EYESIGHT.

It looks like you didn't watch our 45 minute long demo about who we are and what we do. We have been emailing you weekly to let you know where we are in terms of product design and manufacturing. I am sorry if you have missed those emails as well. It sounds like this poster misunderstood our business model. We are a small crowdfunding start up and our products are in pre-production.

I want to cancle my order i want my 3 payment of 67.00 put back into my acoount. I never recieved my product and i am very disappointed.

Called for shipping status on 2 orders I placed quite awhile ago. Although I get regular updates thru my e-mail, its mostly about product and not shipping .. I did get a more concrete date on when they will be shipping. They also asked me If I wanted a refund. It's so close now to shipping I want my order not a refund.She Offered me a gift of appreciation for waiting this long.Gr8 customer service .Refreshing to her someone from this country that I could understand

User's recommendation: Be patient. Good things take time.This pandemic has really affected production as they are dealing with China and Taiwan. They now can give me a date of July 2. If this was a a scam I dont think it would be carrying on this long.

I placed an order in April 2019 for nearly $300. I emailed Seymour and was informed they would begin sending out shipments in December.

Its the end of June and all I have received are numerous of emails updating me on improvements to the products and trips he and his daughter have taken on our dime.

This is nothing but a SCAM. Save your money and purchase from a credible source.

I fell for your scam and ordered your products. That was several years ago.

Where is it? Will it ever be fulfilled and if so, a date specific. This is beyond pathetic and ridiculous!! You are looking more and more like a scam.

If you spent as much time doing your BS videos, we, your customers, you know the ones that supproted you, would have our products by now. Enough with the BS videos and get the products shipped!!!
