We would love to help with your concerns. Please know that contacting customer service directly is a much quicker and simpler way to receive answers to your questions.
The first receipt she posted is not from our company, however, the second one is. We are a crowdfunding startup and our products are still in development.
We expect to start shipping the first products in December which is elaborated at MAGFAST.com/status. There, we post the latest production news and a detailed, always up-to-date view of status and timeline for each product in the family.
In order to address all her concerns, we have emailed this poster and left a voicemail with more information about her preorder and our company, but we have yet to hear back.

MAGFAST - Never received product

I pre-ordered a free MAGFAST Wall Surge protector A year ago, and also paid for an upgrade called Wall: Upgrade to Double-the power. I havent received anything, except for videos talking about all the wonderful new products coming out from MAGFAST. I'm SURE WONDERING IF IVE BEEN DUPED by a great salesman.

User's recommendation: Currently, I can’t recommend this product.

I ordered my MagFast charger kit 4/26/19. I am paying $67 monthly.

I understand the concept of the funding.

I just thought I would receive updates on when the MagFast would be ready to send and have not received anything but the receipt in my email. When do you think it will be sent as I am anxiously waiting?

Crowdfunding a project of this size was always going to take a long time and, perhaps inevitably, its taking longer than expected. If you don’t feel completely comfortable sticking with us right now then supporting a startup may not be right for you. Please drop us a line. Also, please check your email. Mr. Seymour reading all of these complaint it may me believe and leads me to believe that you Sir are a fraud.

I did placed an ordered on your Grand Opening online, all that garbage that you made us watch and I was promised a free charger of the lasted and greatest. Nothing received not even for the one I paid for. SHAME!!

I am truly disappointed with your Company not even any word or anything from your Company at all, no communication whatsoever.

Believe me I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as Fraud.

As a customer that made an order with your Company in good faith, I'm very disappointed.

Please refund my money

Another person who didn't realize that they were funding the DEVELOPMENT of the product. The company really could not have been clearer about that.

I have now been charged for 5 months straight. Like this person, I never received anything.

My bank has returned 3 months but I want my money back in full and they need to stop charging me.

I have just reported them as fraudulent to my bank. If it doesn't stop I will get an attorney.

Now it's Aug 20, and you send me a email, how is it working.

I still have not received it. Do it take that long to ship to Canada?

Lesson learned here folks. Check out ANY business first BEFORE buying online to make sure others have not been scammed before.

If we had checked MAGFAST out first before we placed an order on October 2, 2018, we would have seen several complaints. WE would not have placed an order for $105.00!

Tryng to dispute the charges now with our credit card company. Wish us good luck!
