Reading the notes its clear we not only earned your trust to support us in the first place, but again when you got in touch with your concerns! I'm sorry there was a wobble inbetween that resulted in this headline!

Looking at the record we'd been working with you in person to cover your concerns but didn't realize you had posted publicly about this until now.

Update 4/26/18 - Customer Service reached me within days of my post, email and contacting my credit card company and 1 day shy of contact the BBB. I am happy to report MagFast refunded my initial investment - I did NOT expect this outcome and am very pleased.

IN short - if you sign on with a dream team, start up or become an early adopter - know what you are prepared to wait for and for how long.

I will not be stepping into this arena again - there are enough risk takers to keep us boring folks entertained. Onward!

In 2016 - I purchased the Thing Charger. While it was still a beta type product it was useful and I could see potential in their thought process.

In 2017 they rolled out the new and improved package via MagFast. I invested over $1000 (!) BIG mistake. At first I received a weekly update - now after all the payments are in - I have to beg to get info on where the product is and when they estimate deliver.

All I have to show for this are some weekly updates and quirky family YouTube.

I connected with their customer service and asked for a solid roll out date - was told First Quarter 2018. It is now April 2018 - nothing.

I have no recovery of my funds and no way to complain for no product delivered. I did place this on my credit card and will make a fraud report.

Product or Service Mentioned: Magfast Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
