I am not sure why this company is receiving people's disdain. The product is IN DEVELOPMENT, and is scheduled to be released early in 2019. I have never seen a more transparent company, and I know, from my experience with their previous product, that this will be a knock-out

That’s a bunch of crock and bull story that Magfast has been spinning. Where is the deliverables? I have not seen anything on the market that somebody said that they have tried and use.

True comments. Nothing bad to say about magfast I do not understand what and why people are pissed.

L think the negative comments are a scam to hurt legitimate companies.

The details of the company and their products should be looked at by the naysayers closely. I do not think the negative remarks are not true, just a scam to hurt people.

MAGFAST - Great Crowdfunding Company

I have been part of a crowdfunding product before. This is the frist company that has ever been transparent with where their product is in development, including any hiccups along the way. I can't wait to finally get my hands on this product, but until then I look forward to taking this journey with the Magfast family.

The original Magfast product was a great innovation in battery storage and charging technologies. Although it had a limited run, the company is on the threshold of delivering their second generation set of chargers, and they will incorporate the newest technologies as well as multiple charging options. The newest phones, Bluetooth devices and other chargeables will work with the new Magfast charger, and I’m looking forward intently to receiving my set of Magfast chargers very soon.

MAGFAST - Transparent Startup Company

This company is so transparent and ethical. I have their initial product, the wall charger and I absolutely love it! As investors for their new product line they are currently working on, we are updated weekly. In a world where so much garbage is peddled, it’s nice to be associated with a company that strives to produce quality!

MAGFAST - Developing For The Future

MAGFAST is still in the development phase of wireless chargers. It has been consistent with regular updates on its activities. Because the technology world has been advancing, MAGFAST has taken the time to update its chargers to reflect the future. It is now going to include the USB-C as an integral part of its components, instead of asking its supporters to pay more money. All it takes is more patience.

MAGFAST - Incredibly positive experience!

I ordered a wonderful charging system for my various electronic devices several years ago. It included various different adaptors and is the best ever. I have sent sent a few emails regarding their newest charging system and always get a timely, personal response. Their weekly video updates on the progress and process are informative, personal and sincere. I could not be more pleased with their products, integrity and customer service. ....A satisfied consumer.

Sadly, anyone can write anything, true or not, put it online and ‘oh my gosh’ if it’s online, it’s true. NOT! This small company is the hardest working group of people who are bringing to us chargers that perform more tasks than just charging your phone, thinking of all contingencies and perfecting their product. Read the emails and watch the weekly videos. No one has received anything yet, and won't for a little longer.

If you don't have any emails from them, check your spam folder. It is not a scam. You obviously don't know how to read since you don't make any sense about not getting anything.

If you want junk, go to Walmart. If you want good stuff, get your pants unwadded and read your emails from the company.

Its hard to know how to respond to your comment because it is such a long list of misunderstandings and misinformation about other products on the internet.

We do have you registerd for the free charger and I see that we have been honoring our promise of sending you update emails every week since you signed up. The system indicates that you opened some of those update emails in the early weeks but have not been following progress more recently.

I hope you'll take the time to look again. We're doing something no other company - let alone one as small as us - has attempted before. We'd love to have you supporting us along the way.

Saw an ad on facebook for a free wallcharger. Honestly, I don't even need a wallcharger and if I did I could just buy one BUT it was sorta cool looking. So I figured I'd go ahead and see where the catch is because I'm sure there is a catch.

So here is the catch folks. TONS of people have paid 50+ $ for these wallchargers during a kickstarter from this company. Bunch of people didn't receive their chargers!

NOW the company is convincing people to watch a 30 minute video with the promise of a free wallcharger that doesn't exist, with the intentions to sell another non-existent device that you will never get?

So they scammed a ton of individuals with the promise of a wallcharger and now they promise a wallcharger free to convince people to buy something else. And I guess some people got their chargers and some didn't.

Also, now you can buy these same chargers that this guy is telling you is valued at $30 for $12.50 on amazon https://www.amazon.com/430908****-P3-International-Wireless-thingCHARGER/dp/B01868OFJO

Where you can see tons of negative reviews. The company not honoring their warranties, not receiving, not working... generally just a lot of complaints. Funny, because the video they make you watch tells how they raised the most money that 20x less than usual people returned and how much people loved them lol.

I'm like 15 minutes in now and it's worse than watching QVC... the person convincing you that you need a strawberry corer or you can't go on living your life lol. Just terrible. Terrible way to try and sell things and terrible way to scam people.

Save your time, report the ad on facebook as a scam and do not be bothered to invest any time OR MONEY in this company. This is a shady shady practice that no matter how cool their stuff is should not be supported!

OMG and when they FINALLLLLLY many many minutes in show you the items they wanna show you.... SOOOOO ANTI CLIMATIC. They are huge clunky, the same freaking plastic that they accuse others of using... AWFUL.

Decided I was invested this far might as well watch it all the way through. As a review on the item wouldn't be a terrible idea. Ok so now where is my promised charger?

OHHHHH I don't really get it. I have to pay for it. It costs $14.... so I can "buy" it from Amazon cheaper.

Super disappointing company. I'm fine with buying things. Sell it, I will buy it. Don't be a scammer though. Then you aren't trustworthy.

thingcharger was the original product and company. They're cheap on Amazon, because there are no updates on the old product and the company shut down.

The video was pretty clear in showing the differences between the original product and the new one.

I'd be more concerned that the original company had to shut down due to issues than in trying to compare an old model to new. Hopefully they learned from past mistakes in this new product and company.
