Magfast sent me an email letting me know that I made a pre-order and my order should be filled in a few months, I hope that this is the case....

Sanja, of Magfast Customer Service, sent me a link to enable me to order the same product set with discount offers as I had received after watching the entire 1-hour infomercial. It didn’t have the promised discount offers.

When I tried to just order the Pro-Kit at the infomercial discount, it wouldn’t let me do it since the company already had my email. I am trying hard to be their customer, but they are making it very frustrating.

I am wondering if I should just cancel all my orders from Magfast and forget the whole thing! Sad

They don’t show the amount for shipping and handling before we put the visa information so I would not order before I know what I have to pay. It sounds fishy to me.

Our order confirmations go out immediately each order is complete and usually land in customer inboxes in less than a minute, often in just seconds. Like all email, now and then a customer finds that it’s landed in a filter folder or spam box, so it’s always worth checking… and we’re always happy to resend any receipt of course - just let us know.

Also you mentioned purchasing and Extended Warranty. At MAGFAST we don’t charge for your warranty because we believe you should expect our products to last and we should support you for their lifetime without charging any extra. I watched the video selected the wall unit I also purchased extra tips and an extended warranty, I gave you my card info. I never received an order number nor an email to confirm any of this.

We aim to return all calls within 24 hours and we think this is so important that many of our outgoing calls are made by one of our co-founders in person. We’re sorry you didn’t hear back before writing here – most likely we couldn’t actually determine your number from the message, or when we called it wouldn’t connect.
And I’m sure this wasn’t you, but a surprising number of the people who ask us to call either don’t pick up or never return the message we leave when we do!

His presentation was a huge temptation for me and doing the payment plan made it even more inviting. I wanted it to be legit, I could really make use of these products, it was exciting.

Always cautious though I had to look thing up. However, after reading this, so detailed, concise and well written I can't risk the money. I don't see but 1 pro comment, and my problem is the presentation makes it sound as if we/buyers should be getting products immediately upon payment so if there was a waiting period of manufacturing till send out it should have been said clearly and several times in the video. That definitely wasn't the case, but it seems to many complaints on here are no products and no customer service.

Thank you for helping me decide. Too bad, I really liked this idea and product, I hate all the wires.

The individual who wrote this comment is, respectfully, the reason ‘we can’t have nice things any more’.
The internet can be such a powerful force for good, but this individual uses it merely to intimidate merely to harass. Over time we have learned that he is no more than an internet predator who spends his time attempting to damage the reputation of others under the guise of a ‘writer’ or ‘expert’.
As a company we expect and welcome criticism… we do not expect someone who is not a customer and with whom we have no relationship to actively and repeatedly attack us and numerous other innocent parties. without provocation.
He has intimidated members of our staff and our families and engaged in defamation, and tortious interference. Our research shows that this is a pattern of behavior stretching back many years.
He has wasted countless management hours that would have been much better spent focussed on making our amazing products and serving our even more amazing customers.

My upcoming book "Cleantech Con Artists" (summer 2019) includes a section on Magfast founder Seymour Segnit and his associates, who have a documented history of deceptive and fraudulent business practices going back to at least 2003 and "Change That's Right Now" (CTRN), a dubious NLP "cure" for phobias. Buyer beware, many red flags.

These jokers sent me a cease-&-desist, but when I sent a draft summary of what I found out about Magfast and their previous companies Thingcharger & Change That's Right Now - thousands of complaints alleging fraud, deceptive advertising, false claims, nonexistent customer service, the F from BBB & the Pattern of Complaint warning (see below) - and asked them to provide any evidence or corrections? After lawyering up, they clammed up.

Deceptive, cowardly and predictable. I'm a writer who specializes in fraud prevention. I got interested in thingCHARGER and MAGFast, detected a number of anomalies and falsehoods, and emailed questions to founder Seymour Segnit over the weekend. By today - Wednesday, January 9 - MAGFast took down their investment video and are no longer accepting investments.

Several of MAGFast's people have been involved in previous deceptive and/or fraudulent organizations.

Since I sent this Megfast has again charged my account for product I know longer want.
