Great company with great customer service

Yes we have been waiting a long time for Magfast..... but let’s really think about what we’re waiting on...... quality. These products are being perfected so that when we get them, we won’t say...’this is what I’ve waited for???’ I recently reached out to Magfast to ask for some more concrete info on the timeline. The response I received was a phone message from Seymour Segnit himself. After a few days of phone tag, I engaged in a 1/2 hour delightful conversation with Seymour. He could have said a lot of fluff that would make me feel better as an investor but instead we discussed progress and he even asked me for my opinion. I’ve been with this company as a backer since the Thing Charger (which I still use daily) and although Seymour couldn’t personally reply to every person .... the fact that he reached out to me was impressive. He’s not making promises and not delivering ..... I for one am excited to see these products and am willing to wait for quality! Thanks Magfast and thank you Seymour.

Nothing as product cant be used, so Ill probably discard it. Doesnt work on iPhones.

Terrible, no one to talk to.

Ill contact my credit card company. Deceptively advertised as useful for all cell phones.

Phone support is nonexistent. No one gets back to me either.

Hi Joanna. Thank you for your feedback.
The MAGFAST Lux is $37 regular price. But we're offering you a USB-C cable at just $7 for S/H. We do ask if you want to switch to Lightning for a $5 fee because of the additional cost for us. We buy the MFI tips directly from Apple and they are very expensive.
Anything else is something you can add if you want but you do not have to.
Of course we understand if this offer isn't for everyone. Thank you for checking us out!

I have an iPhone and this so called free item keeps costing me money. Once I start my new job I was going to buy some at regular price.

Now I dont think so! I sat through that entire presentation snd for what!

I was never upset with Magfast, I simply had a question and they very quickly responded.

I simply needed to reach Magfast to ask a question, and they responded very quickly. No issues at all.

Hi Randolph! If you ordered on Amazon, they do not come with adapters. All you need to do is follow the included instructions to claim your free adapters.
However, if you ordered from our website or through Indiegogo and they didn't come with adapters, please reach out to customer care at Hello@MAGFAST.com and we'll be glad to help you out!

I bought 3 lux cables and when I opened the boxes there were no adapters. In the box was the flyer card that say the cable comes with adapters.

Received my Magfast Lux charging cables and it is so cool, it feels wonderful in your hands, the right length, Lux doesnt get tangled when you use it. This is the best charging cable I have ever used. The box is awesome just put your Lux back in the box and slip it into your purse. Its the right size without any problems carry it with you, everyone will want to know where you got this amazing phone cable.

Nothing, other than paying, has occurred and cant reach you by phone, frustrating. I believe its been 3 years since my original order and was supposed to receive phone chargers by October and for sure by Christmas

StWhen you call their number, it puts you through steps to give you a code to contact them. Once you input the phone number they give you the phone rings.

Instead of a real person, you get Seymore talking about how satisfied they are. You never talk to anyone to confirm anything.

I was asked to pay first wait on product! I did it Magfast is a Trustworthy Company! They have stayed in touch with us throughout Covid! Updates really Help!
