Yes we have been waiting a long time for Magfast..... but let’s really think about what we’re waiting on...... quality. These products are being perfected so that when we get them, we won’t say...’this is what I’ve waited for???’ I recently reached out to Magfast to ask for some more concrete info on the timeline. The response I received was a phone message from Seymour Segnit himself. After a few days of phone tag, I engaged in a 1/2 hour delightful conversation with Seymour. He could have said a lot of fluff that would make me feel better as an investor but instead we discussed progress and he even asked me for my opinion. I’ve been with this company as a backer since the Thing Charger (which I still use daily) and although Seymour couldn’t personally reply to every person .... the fact that he reached out to me was impressive. He’s not making promises and not delivering ..... I for one am excited to see these products and am willing to wait for quality! Thanks Magfast and thank you Seymour.

MAGFAST - Engaging presentation

It has only been about a week,,so I am satisfied. The company did refund some$ for an item that I didn't want. And they cleaned up my order to reflect what i wanted. This happened quickly and respectfully and correctly. No problem and I do not expect any.

Be positive about the product, join Seymour in his refreshing and engaging presentation. Don't be pissed from reading a review. Wait to see what you experience. Sometimes i think that the way we feel about something impacts the results. Enjoy until there is reason not to, which may not ahppen

I signed up for the convenient 6 month payment plan/preorder In April of 2019. As of this date theyve now taken 1 additional payment plus attempted to take another!

I didnt sign up to fund research or crowd fund...and yet...?

I wonder if they are spending as much time on production as they are on the video updates. Im beginning to doubt that this product will ever be sent.

In the interim, many companies are not only producing and selling wireless charging systems...they are readily available everywhere.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience!

Think very carefully before investing/purchasing this product.

Frustrated by delays after paying in full for product line. MagFast has promised 4th quarter 2019 and latest 1st quarter 2020 to fulfill orders.

Its now March and there is no indication anything is coming anytime soon. I believe in the product but Im starting to wonder if I got swindled.

Watched a series of videos for i dont even know how long and was promised I would be sent a free charger... 10 months later and still no charger.

I can't afford to pay what I'm paying for any kind of charger. I want for magfast to stop deducting money out of my account and I want a full refund.

I'm disabled, my thinking process is aren't what they used to be and I feel like I've been taken advantage of. Nearly destitute, and I spoke to someone I think in November of last year.

Then my accounts were so empty that no money was taken, but this month boom! There goes the money for my phone bill.

Crowdfunding projects take varying amounts of time. Most take longer than the original timetable. We have direct control over product design, customer service and all aspects of the business except final manufacturing. Our manufacturing partner is superb and we are confident that our supporters will be very, very happy with the finished product.

We are on track to ship this year, and we're humbled by the overwhelming encouragement we have from our long-time supporters.

I am so glad I read the reviews before agreeing to a free charger better yet buying the whole set. It seems that both sides are extremely frustrated at the multi year wait for the product they have ordered!

It doesnt matter how good your horse preforms, if you cant get him out of the gate your gonna lose the race! My advice is to wait until these are in stores!

They may be a little more expensive but theyll be physically within reach! A bird in the hand is better than two ideas on the design table!

Watched the excessively long videos at the beginning and read the countless emails but the difference between me and the rightfully upset others is I fully expected to not receive anything! I feel bad to those who have spent upwards of hundreds of dollars as they Truly are at a loss.

Will this company ever be able to fulfill their orders? Doubtful seeing as most of their Monies have gone to email marketing, vacations, elaborate production videos, and staff salaries to reply to the countless complaints and questions regarding their ghost product. Who knows maybe one day I’ll hear the delivery truck and driver plop a package down on my door step or maybe the person who moves in this place after me or shoot maybe even the person after them?!? But the company has literally given everyone the run around and promise of delivery this coming winter, spring, summer and fall and not delivered on any of those seasons.

Kinda makes you wonder why MAGFAST isn’t on a normal crowdfunding site like wefunder, Kickstarter, indiegogo and the likes well it’s probably because they couldn’t get away with such an elaborate scam sucking money from These good people! Do you know think about it a company that is charging $60-$80 for a charger is actually going to give them away too? Why even pay for one then? On the chance or promise that you will get yours a couple weeks before the free orders?

I mean come on you’re going to give away your product you can’t even make the product how in earth are you going to give it away? Hahaha MAGFAST your Lame
