Great company with great customer service

Yes we have been waiting a long time for Magfast..... but let’s really think about what we’re waiting on...... quality. These products are being perfected so that when we get them, we won’t say...’this is what I’ve waited for???’ I recently reached out to Magfast to ask for some more concrete info on the timeline. The response I received was a phone message from Seymour Segnit himself. After a few days of phone tag, I engaged in a 1/2 hour delightful conversation with Seymour. He could have said a lot of fluff that would make me feel better as an investor but instead we discussed progress and he even asked me for my opinion. I’ve been with this company as a backer since the Thing Charger (which I still use daily) and although Seymour couldn’t personally reply to every person .... the fact that he reached out to me was impressive. He’s not making promises and not delivering ..... I for one am excited to see these products and am willing to wait for quality! Thanks Magfast and thank you Seymour.

Hi Paul. I am not sure what you mean when you say 'When you call their number, it puts you through steps to give you a code to contact them.' Our system is not set up that way and I have never heard anyone else having to do that before.

StWhen you call their number, it puts you through steps to give you a code to contact them. Once you input the phone number they give you the phone rings.

Instead of a real person, you get Seymore talking about how satisfied they are. You never talk to anyone to confirm anything.

I was asked to pay first wait on product! I did it Magfast is a Trustworthy Company! They have stayed in touch with us throughout Covid! Updates really Help! There Products are Magnificent Seymour has invented a new way to Charge!! Would Not write this if it wasnt True! I have also Invested money in this company! Thats how much I TRUST MAGFAST

Want to talk with a real person, in person about billing and hopefully change my billing payment date due to unexpected car repairs x4 in last 2 months. Unable to pay on last bill and need to make arrangements. Questions about when merchandise production and receiving of merchandise may be estimated and if I can have the color change from the white to the forest green because it was offered on the next show.

I thought that this company was legit. So far the only thing I've received from them is a charge on my account every month since Septrmber 2021.

No notice of any kind as to why the delay if any..I hope to hear from anyone soon..

Never received any product or a follow up call or email as to where the product is

I ordered your product over a year and a half ago, and I never received anything, please send me what I ordered or a full refund plus interest on the use of my money. Or I will report you to the better business bureau. ASAP

User's recommendation: Deliver when you order. I don’t care anymore I either want the product I ordered or a full refund plus the interest on the use of my money for over a year and a half. In my opinion if it takes you over 2 years to get product out the door to your customers you don’t have a company you have a scam and a ripoff.
